Stress Management for Teens In-Person

Stress is a normal part of school and life, but there are healthy ways to manage it in a productive way. In this interactive workshop, students will learn Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called tapping, a simple, hands-on tool that can help reduce stress, ease worries, and build emotional resilience.

During this event, participants will:

  • Learn how stress shows up in the body and mind

  • Practice step-by-step EFT tapping techniques

  • Apply tapping to real-life situations like test anxiety, friendship challenges, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed

  • Leave with practical tools to use anytime, anywhere

Led by Jennifer Lynn, owner of Nurtured Roots, a certified EFT practitioner, Grief Educator, and yoga & mindfulness instructor. She helps children and adults manage stress and emotions, building resilience through practical tools and mindfulness practices.

This program is funded by a grant from the Braintree Local Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
