Stress Management for Teens In-Person
Stress is a normal part of school and life, but there are healthy ways to manage it in a productive way. In this interactive workshop, students will learn Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called tapping, a simple, hands-on tool that can help reduce stress, ease worries, and build emotional resilience.
During this event, participants will:
-
Learn how stress shows up in the body and mind
-
Practice step-by-step EFT tapping techniques
-
Apply tapping to real-life situations like test anxiety, friendship challenges, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed
-
Leave with practical tools to use anytime, anywhere
