SUMMARY:Mindfulness for All Families
DESCRIPTION:\n\nAn inclusive\, one-hour program for children in grades
K–2 (ages 5–8) and their parents or caregivers to explore mindfulness
together. Through gentle breathing\, playful movement\, and grounding
sensory activities\, families will learn simple tools to foster calm\,
connection\, and emotional awareness. No experience is necessary.\n\nTo
support a wide range of needs\, the program will include visual schedules\,
clear verbal and written instructions\, and a quiet corner with books and
coloring pages for children who may need a break. All activities are
designed with flexibility in mind\, so children can participate in the ways
that feel best to them.\n\nPlease note: This is not a drop-off event.
Registration is required.\n\nPresented by: Nurtured Roots\, in
collaboration with Braintree SEPAC\n\nThe Braintree Special Education
Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is an organization operated by volunteer
